After having received the Hunting Tavern building in 1976 as a gift from the Gladstone family, the group began what was to be a 25 year journey into the world of building restoration. Being the oldest structure in the village presented the group with the task of restoring the pre Anti - Rent War era building while being sensitive to its original uses yet meeting the needs of a busy and growing organization. The Hunting Tavern Museum was finally dedicated on August 14th., 1999.
- The centerpiece of our cultural programming, featuring exhibits, events, and a full kitchen.

Gift ShOp
The PARTHENIA DAVIS GIFT SHOP at the Hunting Tavern Museum features a unique selection of:
• Locally crafted jewelry, pottery, and hand-carved items.
• Handmade soaps, note cards, and books on Delaware County history.
• Works by regional artisans.

Old Fire Hall & Thrift Shop

The Old Andes Fire Hall building is home to the ASHC Thrift Shop. The Shop is full of furniture, dressers, decorative home goods, china, and more. Here you will find an assortment of gently used clothing, books and odds and ends. If you have something to donate, come by and bring it in. Pick-up can be arranged for large items. Stop in and say hi! You never know what treasures you will find!

Pleasant Valley Meeting House

In 1996, the ASHC purchased the c.1854 Pleasant Valley Methodist Church and dining hall located at the mouth of the Pepacton Resevoir. This historic building has been fully restored and the dining hall renovated for use as a cultural and performing arts center. The Meeting House is also available for meetings, musical events (great acoustics), family gatherings and weddings!
